The Faculty of Technical Physics, Information Technology and Applied Mathematics (FTIMS) was awarded the scientific category "A" in the ranking of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Based on a comprehensive assessment (commonly known as “parametrization”), the category certifies a very high level of scientific activity.
